Terms & Refunds

These terms cover HeadFocus, made by Shahab Gohar (“we”). By installing or buying HeadFocus you agree to them.

Trial

You can use every feature of HeadFocus for 14 days of use for free. A day counts only when HeadFocus moves keyboard focus for you. After the trial, auto-focus pauses until you enter a license key.

Your license

• A purchase is a one-time payment for a personal license to use HeadFocus on up to 3 Macs that you own or use.
• It includes all updates to HeadFocus 1.x. A future major version may be a paid upgrade.
• Please don’t share, resell or publish your license key. We may deactivate keys that are clearly shared.
• You may not redistribute HeadFocus or circumvent its license check.

Payment

Our reseller and merchant of record, Polar, handles the order, payment, invoices and sales tax. Its terms of sale apply to the transaction.

Refunds

If HeadFocus doesn’t work for you, you can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Reply to your receipt email or write to support@headfocus.app. A refunded license key stops working.

No warranty

HeadFocus is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it reliable, but it depends on your camera, lighting and macOS, and we can’t guarantee it will always move focus as you expect. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for HeadFocus. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applied when you bought HeadFocus continues to apply to that purchase.
